TMS84 Demo

I'm working on a metroidvania to teach myself game design and coding. It's a platformer with emphasis on exploration and movement, less so on combat and puzzles. The aesthetics are extremely retro, specifically those of the PC Jr and Tandy 1000. Obvious influences are "You Have to Win the Game" and "VVVVVV," among others in that genre.

Current release is "DEMO SIX," the first build I'm willing to show and have people download. You will see it is very obviously still being worked on and thus you might experience weird bugs or glitches, and see rooms that are clearly incomplete. There are no guarantees any of the content you see will exist in the final game.
