Version 0.2.1.2

I decided it was lame that the timer only counted seconds - especially since short and simple levels your best time can be a matter of frames. So now the timer updates each frame. Hopefully it is correct. There's also a sound effect upon completing a level. I think there are some other tiny fixes here. Otherwise I was just cleaning up before I start working on the "color changers."
